Mentorship

Mentorship is an individual formative relationship in which a more experienced or more educated individual serves to guide a less experienced or less learned individual.

Mentorship in the military is one of those ideas that everybody concurs with yet pretty much nobody does. A lot of best in class pioneers get guidance from officers, senior pioneers, and enrolled consultants, however rarely does the power of impact expand past the time served together or dive into ranges of self-improvement.
